Tattoo Near Portlaoise, Studio in Birr

Start with the tattoo, not the drive

I work alone and see one client at a time. You discuss the idea with me, and I'm the artist who tattoos it. This quiet setting can be helpful for a first tattoo, a personal design or a Cover-Up that needs an honest conversation.

Send one useful brief before you travel

Use the booking form to send the subject, style, exact body area and side, approximate width and height in centimetres, black or colour, and two or three references. Tell me what you like in each reference. Add a clear photograph of the body area when its shape affects the design.

For a Cover-Up, send one close and one wider daylight photograph without a filter. For Realism, send the best original image you have. For lettering, provide the final spelling, capitals and punctuation. Mention scars, changing skin or plans to extend the tattoo later, and include clear daylight photographs of the affected area. The form starts an assessment; it doesn't reserve a date or take a payment.

Check the journey from Portlaoise to Birr

The Castle and Dragon Full-Sleeve Tattoo took four sessions and 12 hours in total. That timing is one example, not a promise for a new tattoo. Small, simple tattoos may take one appointment. Larger work, detailed Realism, dense colour and some Cover-Ups may need several. Size, detail, placement, colour and skin can change the number and length of appointments.

Confirm the price and booking

My tattoo pricing guide is the current source for published starting prices. The studio minimum is €50 and Custom Tattoo starts from €150. Size, detail, placement, colour, drawing time and old ink can all change the final quote.

The booking form doesn't take a card payment. Once we've agreed the tattoo and price, a 50% deposit reserves the appointment. I'll confirm the amount, payment method and cancellation or rescheduling terms in writing. Do not pay through an unexpected link or rely on the policy of another studio.
